For our Client, a Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, dedicated to an international company, we are looking for a person who will hold the position of HR Project Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for transforming one of European HR business function into delivery model based on existing COE/SSCCOE/SSC best practices and capabilities following transition methodology, creating work plans, track progress on work schedules, track budget, keep plans up to date and publish results, create and present management reports on project outcomes and status; cooperation with different European countries including production sites and multiple office locations.
A successful candidate needs minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Project Management (professional certification would be an asset), preferably in HR area; minimum a BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related Analytical field required, excellent communication skills, including experience communication to senior leadership, great command of English language, ability to travel: up to 25% internationally.
