HR Process Specialist French Speaker

Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Main accountabilities
- Creating HR related documents
- Checking holiday accounts
- Creating shoping carts for different HR related services
- Administrating on-boarding process
- Identifying opportunities for improvement/optimization
- Providing reporting for client
- Providing clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Updating all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Processing client’s queries and escalations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in multinational company
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR area
- Intermidiate knowledge of English
- Proficient knowledge of French
- Knowledge of HR admin tools (HIRIS, SAP or similar) will be an asset
- Attention to detail
