For our Client – new Shared Service Centre launching its operations in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced professionals willing to develop professionally in dynamic international company.
Working on this position you will be responsible for internal HR matters in newly created Service Centre hiring up to 200 people. Your role will be to support personnel hiring, employment continuity, grievance and terminations, personnel affairs and enduring the completeness and accuracy of HR Operations in line with internal and Polish labour code provisions. Your role will be to maintain expatriates presence in Poland in respect of legislation matters, monitor and ensure the correctness of work discipline across the company, coordinate payroll processes and endure day to day HR Administration support to employees.
We are looking for Candidates with international exposure and minimum 2 years of experience on similar position. We seek people with very good English language skills, very good knowledge of Polish labour law and good organizational and prioritizing skills.
