Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, Philip Morris International in Poland, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

HR Organizational Management Associate

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:
  • process in SAP HR System required Organization Management changes in accordance   with The Global Organization Management Principles and Practices
  • timely and accurately proceed with data provisioning for other HR processes and tools
  • process mass reorganizations
  • prepare standard and special ad-hoc HR reports

Requirements:
  • University degree
  • professional experience in multinational environment (preferably in HR) will be an asset
  • knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (good Excel is a must
  • knowledge of SAP HR System, experience with Personnel Administration (PA) and/or Organizational Management (OM) module will be an asset
  • excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • good organizational and priority settings skills
