HR Organizational Management Associate

Responsibilities:
- process in SAP HR System required Organization Management changes in accordance with The Global Organization Management Principles and Practices
- timely and accurately proceed with data provisioning for other HR processes and tools
- process mass reorganizations
- prepare standard and special ad-hoc HR reports
- University degree
- professional experience in multinational environment (preferably in HR) will be an asset
- knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools (good Excel is a must
- knowledge of SAP HR System, experience with Personnel Administration (PA) and/or Organizational Management (OM) module will be an asset
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- good organizational and priority settings skills
- temporary employment for 1 year with possibility of extension
