For one of our Clients, a global law company,we are looking for candidates for a position of HR Operations Managerwho will join a growing Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
Your new role
HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing HR Team Leaders of recruitment, learning & development and HR administration teams.HR Operations Manager will be executing efficient service delivery of HR processes(develop and manage metrics, propose and implement new solutions, support new transitions, etc.) within SSC with close cooperation with local HR teams and main office in London(building relationships, managing escalations, cooperating in terms of SSC processes strategies and SLA’s, etc.). HR Operations Manager will be also responsible for people management:recruiting, coaching, mentoring, on-boarding, delegating, performing appraisals, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience on managerial position. Experience from SSC/BPO environment is a must on this positionin order to understand the complexity and specific of HR processes within outsourcing center and to lead future transitions. Additionally, as this an international role, the candidates should present fluent English skills.We are looking for mature and business orientedindividuals with a strong managerial and communicational skillsand a positive, people oriented attitude.
