On behalf of our Client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of HR Operations Administrator with Swedishto join the growing HR support centre in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities
The candidate on this position will provide support to new hiresand be responsible for the end to end processes and procedures related to new starter and leavers and ensuring all documentation is prepared in a timely manner. The candidate will also administrate all HR-related documentation(such as letters, contracts of employment, employee details forms, work permits, etc.) and updating all the information in the system. This is an international role dedicated to support HR administration for Swedish employees.
What do you need tosucceed?
Due to the international area of service we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and Swedish.If you have first experience in HR or would like to develop in this area, this is the role for you.
