For our Client – manufacture company from automotive industry, located near to Poznań we are currently looking for candidates for the position of HR manager.
Your new role
The HR manager is an independent specialist who will be responsible for the implementation of personnel policy and HR procedures, supervision over the proper application of labor laws, social security and personnel documentation (regulations, orders, contracts, etc.). Moreover, the specialist will be planning and leading HR processes including recruitment, adaptation and trainings of employees, development, satisfaction surveys, cooperation with employment agencies and payroll outsourcing companies.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have University degree, preferable in HR or related field. Work experience in HR coordinating role as well as in leading recruitment and training projects. Moreover, the suitable candidate should have experience practising HR in a manufacturing or distribution environment including employee satisfaction, health and safety programs, regulation of high absenteeism among production workers. The position required also practical knowledge of labour law and social security likewise advanced knowledge of English and strong skills in MS Office.
