What you'll need to succeed
It is good to have a degree in Management, Law, HR or similar area. Minimum of 5 years experience on a similar role at an industrial or services context. Also very good English skills. People with knowledge of Polish labor law as well as social security and tax law, who are hardworking, dedicated and committed, with high result orientation, will find themselves in this role like no one else. Strong ability to adapt in different environment (Plant) and IT skills, will be an additional advantage.

For our Client - international production company located in Pomeranian Voivodeship - we are presently seeking for experienced Candidates, interested to work on HR Manager position.
Your new role:
- Talent management, recruitment, talent pipeline, development, dismissal including legal actions follow-up in cooperation with 3rg party legal support
- Managing HR Team of 5 people
- People development: trainings, individual development, career paths and performance management
- Organization: permanent validation on organization design & competencies to support growth and change management
- Engagement: improve year-on-year and fuel the talent pipeline
- Support Social relationship with works councils, respect local social laws
- Business support on project + lead key HR projects: be proactive on the appropriate business needs
- HR Internal Communication
- HR External Communication: designing activities in the field of Employer Branding, He/She represent the Company before Polish authorities (Labour Office, Social)
- Supervising and responsibility for managing HR administration & payroll matters and managing payroll/bonus related cost accruals. Supervising 3rd party outsourced Admin & Payroll service provider
- Accountable to build and respect the HR Budget
- Managing the remuneration and training budget
