Responsibiltities:
- Developing appropriate human resource standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of all employees.
- Advising & resolving all HR related issues & legal matters with managers in the area of responsibility.
- Continuously monitoring, reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and current legislation and implementing changes where necessary.
- Managing the team of recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits as well as administration’s specialists.
- Defining recruitment procedures and driving recruitment projects for all organizational levels to bring great people into the business, building a pipeline of talents, performance, succession, and leaderships.
- Supporting line managers in salary and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits as well as in talent acquisition program.
- Defining and managing people development procedures, analyzing training needs and taking active part in people development by delivering trainings and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience minimum 2 years of working experience in HR function (HR Manager, HR Business Partner).
- Knowledge of Polish Labour Code, legislation and payroll process.
- Inspirational leadership style and ability to coach and develop team members across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills verbally as well as in writing with the capacity to create high class communication material.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good understanding of corporate HR processes.
- Ability to taking initiative in the resolution of a variety of complex and challenging issues.
