Responsibilities:
- actively participates in all both strategic and operational activities of the entity, providing insight and sharing experience
- managing approximately 15 staff, providing ongoing coaching and direction
- maintaining, developing and adherence to policies, regulations and guidelines and ensuring compliance with both internal standards as well as external regulations
- constantly review and adapt and/or develop comprehensive strategies and action plans in key areas, such as reward & recognition, staff retention, working models, career & development or succession planning
- work closely with multiple parts and function of the organization and act as a true business partner
- enhance and develop soft skills curriculum which would address the specific needs of the organization and reflect its dynamic environment and changing requirements
- university degree in Human Resources related field, preferably Master’s degree
- 7-10 years experience in HR, preferably in shared service environment
- thorough understanding of HR Practice, incl. experience in recruiting, staffing, compensation and benefits, training and coaching
- strong communication, mediation, conflict resolution and change management skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- ability to deal with multiple tasks and work easily in a dynamic environment
- maturity, and trustworthiness
