HR Manager Poland (m/f) - Global Healthcare Company
Reporting to CEE Cluster HR Director, HR Manager Poland will act as an important partner for the Managing Director and play a crucial role in shift from execution toward strategic approach in HR service as such. HR Manager Poland will support regional initiatives by driving standardisation and rolling out guidelines, as well as boost local projects with close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Due to dynamic growth in Poland which is one of the biggest and strategic market in the region, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will develop a forward thinking, business-focused HR service to the management and staff.
Description
- Supervise administration of personnel policies in line with corporate culture and values
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategy fulfilling long-term business objectives
- Ensure effective recruitment processes, cooperate with employment agencies
- Assist new joiners in induction process and other employees in any labour issues
- Lead the local HR team on a daily basis by providing functional guidance
- Develop, draft and update organisational structures, organise annual staff evaluations
- Responsible for the training and education plans, conducting surveys and analysing results
- Update and monitor labour, organisational and operating rules
- Assure implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs which enhance effectiveness
- Control and approve the payroll process and all related procedures
Profile
- University degree (preferably in business or human resources)
- At least 7 years of experience in HR on independent position
- Proven track record in people management in international, matrix structure
- Fluent English is a must-have due to regional responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to support business units in all HR processes
- Problem-solver with excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills
- Assertive, mature and flexible person with high level of energy and empathy at once
- Ability to work under little supervision and to promote his or her own ideas
- Advanced computer user with practical knowledge of office software (MS Office, Lotus Notes)
- Driving license and openness to occasional international business travels
