Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are focused on unmet medical needs for patients suffering from serious illnesses. They develop manufacture and deliver innovative human therapeutics. This company is an international organization located in 50 countries with more than 500 employees within the Benelux.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the HR department for world wide support. You offer support to work together and access transactions, audit data entry and service tools. Based on the needs and requirements you will present HR Connect to all team members. Maintain the knowledge database and offer customer service. This project will be for a period of 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer questions about the system, policies and HR tools
- Log and manage calls in the system
- Manage the HR system and create new reports
- Contribute to improve and build relationships with HR teams and other key stake holders
- Work in HR projects and processes like Workday FlexAbility, BRAVO!, MAP, C&B Projects etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of commercial work experience
- Experience in providing guidance on Systems and processes, preferable HR Self-service
- Fluent in German and English (preferable also in either Italian or Dutch)
