HR Generalist
Lokalizacja: Warsaw
For our client, international company that is a global distributor of products in the field of electronics, automation and maintenance. Currently, it supports over one million customers all over the world, offering a wide range of products and services. We are currently looking for the candidates to fill the position of HR Generalist.
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for highlighting any local challenges (legal or cultural) and working with the HR BP
- Building and developing working relationships with social partners, management at regional level as well as within the local leadership
- Member of the local leadership team in EE, working on strategical decisions related to the market
- First point of contact for all HR administration staff queries including preparation of employment documents,
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing occurs (sending calculations to outsourced service company)
- Verifying the output of the payroll calculations
- Contributing and providing local input into to the development of the functional Employee Engagement Plan / people plan
- Supporting line managers in terms of people skills and general HR practices.
- keeping up-to-date with global and local legislation
- working in partnership with the HR BP implement the functional people plan in country
- Taking proactive part in the recruitment process, with recruitment agencies as well as direct applicants

Requirements:
- University Degree: Master in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2+ years of work experience in Human Resources Department, particularly pay roll calculations
- Knowledge of the Polish Labour Code
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail - focusing on accuracy, quality and consistency
