Implementing career development tools and processes (i.e. career paths, trainings, periodic performance appraisal systems)
Realizing recruitment processes for various positions
Administrating Time & Attendance System and delivering trainings regarding this tool,
Monitoring employment contracts, medical examinations, trainings
Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
Creating and sending the required reports
Requirements:
Higher education
3-5 years’ experience in both soft and hard HR area in manufacturing sector
Very good command of English
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Strong desire to learn and grow with the company
