A global provider of financial advice and solutions is looking for an experienced professional who will work on the position of HR Generalist & Payroll Specialist
Your new role
You will act as an expert in Polish labor law, provide advice; cooperate closely with HR system supplier, payroll services, benefit administration; prepare complete and correct payroll data; provide guidelines to Line Managers on HR related queries, update information in line with internal procedures, policies and labor law. You will also supervise onboarding process for new joiners & benefit administration ; support continuous process improvements initiatives & change projects in Poland; cooperate closely with other HR functions and the management team worldwide and maintain HR local and global applications.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need to possess 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources area with strong payroll experience and strong knowledge of Polish labor law. Apply for the job if you are a great communicator, flexible team player with a sharp eye for detail.
