For our Client, leading producer in Polish market we are looking for a Candidate for
HR DIRECTOR
Place: Częstochowa
Responsibilities:
- Participation in formulating personnel politics according to company’s standards,
- Support and cooperation with the Board of company and other managers in HR issues,
- Implement HR processes and procedures,
- Identifying and resolving problems in the area of labour law,
- Coordination and management of:
- recruitment process,
- dismissal process,
- incentive scheme,
- wages system,
- period evaluation,
- salary administration and reward management,
- Establish and maintain staff records for all employees,
- Create and implementation of modern HR tools,
- Identification of trainings needs and determining development directions of employees professional skills,
- Planning and coordination of internal communication,
- Team management,
- Report on the key corporation’s indicators.
Experience & Qualification Profile:
- Higher education (Pychology, Sociology), speciality in HR management or postgraduate studies is welcome,
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience at an independent position in the HR Department, experience in big corporations,
- Excellent practical knowledge of HR issues, tools and methodology of recruitment and selection,
- Very good knowledge of the labour law,
- Good management and negotiation skills,
- Excellent organisation of own and others’ work,
- Very good language skills in both written and spoken English,
- Responsibility and commitment to provide professional HR management,
- High interpersonal and team-playing skills,
- Positive and optimistic attitude towards new challenges,
- Good computer skills (MS Office package).
