ABOUT OPPORTUNITY

Our Client is a Fortune 150 company, global provider of technology products, services and solutions. They are expanding operations in Poland, and have an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, globally minded, collaborative and process oriented HR Recruiting Director to join the team in Gdansk. This role will be responsible for coordination and management of all recruiting activities for EMEA, and will be based in the new EMEA Business Services location in Gdansk.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Puts in place a leading edge recruitment model, in the context of multi-country, multi-business, ever changing business and labor market environments.
  • Provide direction and oversight to recruiting processes and programs for identified channels of talent
  • Ensure technology is maximized in recruiting lifecycle for efficiencies and improved applicant experience. Ensure Client’s employment brand is appropriately represented in media (social, print, TV, internet, etc.). Manage and ensure regular reporting cadence on recruitment metrics, both operational and candidate experience. Ensure SLAs and contract obligations are met with global RPO provider/vendor. Monitor global RPO relationship (i.e., assessing regional satisfaction with vendor, SLA/OLA achievement, etc.).
  • Ensures appropriate University presence, investments
  • Puts in place needed practices to attract top talent in the market places across EMEA.
  • Establish technology solutions and/or tools to drive accurate annual (and future) workforce planning, to include identifying talent gaps based on changing workforce demographics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Client’s businesses, talent in the industry, global recruiting issues and trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have short and long-term implications on the business. Manages and monitors efforts related to diversity and affirmative action planning. Continually raises the bar on recruitment efforts by benchmarking, networking, and continued learning of new approaches. Drives education around effective selection, hiring, and on boarding practices with both business leaders and HR business partners, to include the legal/proper use of selection assessments.
  • Enhance options of selection assessments to aid in the process of better selecting candidates for roles.
  • Provide VP level recruitment support to business leaders and global HR leadership team members as requested.

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience in pan EMEA recruitment. Strong recruitment transformation experience is needed.

Language Requirements

Multi-lingual candidate required: Fluent English a must , knowledge of one of the following language a plus: German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, Danish ij nam swoje aktualne cv.
