Currently we are looking for experienced HR Data Analyst / Reporting Specialistwho will join expanding structures in Krakow of an international company (new SSC, location in the very centre of the city).
The scope of responsibilities focuses on regular HR Analytics taskswith regards to the human resources processes (mostly FTEs related) - you will be engaged in KPIs reporting (turnover, absence etc.), cost planning and headcount forecasting as well as implementation of new procedures and process standardisation. Moreover you will cooperate closely with the senior management and provide monthly reporting to the investment and management board.
We are looking for experienced Data Analysts / Reporting Specialists with previous background in similar activities and degree in Finance, Economics or related field. You need to speak very good English, present process improvement mindset, excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to cooperate with senior management levels.
