For our Client, international start – up company in Poland, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of Country HR Manager.
Country HR Manager will act as a part of the HR Management department and report directly to the General Manager. The person on this position will be responsible for creating HR policy in Poland in compliance with company strategy and international HR policy. The main duties on this position will include: supporting Management in building new structures in Poland, conducting recruitment processes, induction, learning & development and talent management programs, as well compensation processes. The person on this position will be also responsible for coaching management teams and their members in people management skills to enable them to continuously improve their performance, managing the day-to-day HR issues ensuring service excellence and full legal compliance.
Country HR Manager will be also managing of the personnel administration within the company and cooperate with external providers.
We require min. 4 years of experience on HRM role gained in international organization with preference in retail sector; experience in start-ups will be an asset. We also require excellent knowledge of Polish labour law and employee relations, including contracts of employment, also part –time agreements; experience in planning and implementing the integration strategy; experience in creating training and developments plans, talent management and succession planning within a service business environment and knowledge of current trends and practices within HR. The Country HR Manager should have fluent English – written and verbal, excellent project management skills, ability to work within a multi-cultural environment and with/through all levels of the organisation, problem solving skills, relationship management skills, business acumen, strong influencing skills strategic thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
