For our client an international provider of HR services, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the
HR Contact CentreSpecialist position with fluency in English and French, German or Czech as a second language.

Successful Candidatewill be responsible for handling incoming queries and delivering solutions to the client’s employees within HR related issues. You will also provide support in regards to, conducting correspondence, assisting with system navigation and updating database.
The ideal candidateshould have an excellent command of Englishas well as one of the following languages: French, German or Czech.We are looking for Candidates with experience in Customer Service.Strong MS Office, organization and problem solving skills are required. You should be also an open person with great communication skills, and willingness to work in a team. If you have already worked in Call Centre or Benefits Administration, it would be an advantage.
