For our Client - prestigious and international company located in Warsaw, we are looking for a specialist who will join the HR team on the position of:
HR Compensation & Benefits ExpertMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication of benefits information to employees and other HR groups
Manage salary changes: plan, submit, approve.
Ensure annual rewards management cycles are smoothly and correctly run end-to-end
Support and to and salary benchmarking process: job matching, salary surveys, salary structure in alignment with annual operation plan assumptions
Responsible for benefits Vendor management
Act as main point of contact for Health and Wellness activities
Participate in implementation of different compensation projects
Act as internal consultant in all C&B related areas for assigned group of positions
Manage the contract renewal processes for all regional benefit programs
Prepare reports and analysis to better understand internal and external compentasion and benefits practices
Monitor and review current policies and practices
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in the compensation and benefits area, preferalby in shared-services
University degree, preferaby in HR area
Understanding of end-to-end HR process
In-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of compensation and benefits
Experience in vendor management and benefits programs
Fluent English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong Excel skills
