For our Client, global, well-known company we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, to join their structure in Kraków.
Your new role
You will be responsible for building, managing and developing HR team, in accordance with company's needs and strategy, so managing a team of approx. 2-3 people is highly required. Main part of your job will be also working closely with Managers in other regions and countries. Experience in conducting processes like: induction, on-boarding, development plans, as well as training, coaching and recruitment is also a must.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have comprehensive generalist HR experience and knowledge of Polish labour law. Moreover experience of leading and implementing HR projects including organisational change and adequate studies e.g. Management/ HR. Perfect candidate is fluent in spoken and written English and could communicate easily with international colleagues.
