Our Client is one of the largest manufacturers of float glass and fabricated products. Due to the large investment project which in special economic zone in Częstochowa we are looking for a HR Business Partner dedicated to the new production plant. Successful HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading the HR team to ensure exceptional HR support for plant needs and support the leaders to advance company culture. Establishing standards on designated areas. Leading different projects and improvements initiative. HR Business Partner will cooperate with management of different levels and with all plant staff, also with company global and regional capabilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions ( international environment)
- Company culture oriented
- Fluency in English
- Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good knowledge and great understanding of labor law
