For our Client, global law firm we are looking for the HR Assistant to join Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for entering or updating personal information records, supporting employees on enquiries related to HR data, maintaining process documentation and cooperating closely with business partners. In addition, you will participate in process of improvements.
We are looking for Candidate with University degree preferably in HR management or related courses. Fluent English is a must (knowledge of additional language will be a strong asset). Experience with HR IT solutions including PeopleSoft will be a plus. Moreover, we seek Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
