Now to we are looking for HR assistant.

As HR assistant your duties will be:

Implementing and help in recruitment processes
Keeping HR documentation (e.g. personal files, working time, health and safety training, medical examinations)
Compliance with obligations under the provisions on the protection of personal data – tracking changes, implementing instructions, procedures, training organization)
Coordination of information and correspondence flow
Coordinating employees benefits.
Organizing and conducting projects for employees in the field of soft HR
Support of HR Manager in everyday duties

Wymagania

An ideal candidate will have the following:

Basic knowledge of human resources management
Experience in working in a similar position
High personal culture, responsibility, reliability and very good work organization
Completed courses / training related to labor law and personal data protection will be an advantage
Openness to knowledge and willingness to learn
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Mandatory: Speak English fluently

Providing personal data specified in the Labor Code is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing personal data will be inability to take part in the recruitment process. The data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 section 1 items a and c, of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
