For our Client, fast growing Shared Service Center, we are looking for the HR Assistant with German to join its team based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for entering or updating personal information records, preparing reports, supporting employees on enquiries related to HR data, maintaining process documentation and cooperating closely with business partners. In addition, you will participate in process of improvements.
We are looking for Candidates with first experience in HR field gained preferably in SSC/BPO environment. Fluent English and German is a must. Knowledge of HR IT solutions including PeopleSoft will be an additional asset. Moreover, we seek Candidates with good communicational and interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
