HR and Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Responds to questions and concerns regarding employee relations, benefits, records, training and development and other human resources programs,
  • Serves as a liaison with management regarding human resources information, policies, and procedures,
  • Assists with analyzing situations, programs, or events and preparing findings and recommendations; these activities generally involve general topics and are not highly sensitive in nature,
  • Compiles information, prepares and processes a wide variety of personnel action forms containing confidential and sensitive information, and responds to questions and problems,
  • Provides administrative support such as coordinating meetings and agendas, maintaining schedules, developing and preparing correspondence, performing research, and other activities,
  • Develops and maintains a variety of non-recurring reports regarding operations, personnel, and programs,
  • Proceeds with processing time cards and payroll,
  • Manages the training plan, with the administration management,
  • Prepares and set up purchase order from time to time,
  • Involves in some HSE topics related to medical follow up,
  • Close and scan the batch tickets,
  • Provides administrative assistance to other departments,
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English  C1,
  • At least 1 years of experience in the HR area,
  • University Degree (educational background related to HR will be an asset or Economy),
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word,
  • Very good communication skills,
  • Self-motivation towards solving daily tasks in a timely and effective manner,
  • Ability to quick learn, multitasking,
  • Attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills.
