HR Analysts

Responsibilities:
- Understand business process management and business requirements and be able to translate them to specific service requirements;
- Document and analyze the required information and data;
- Extract, process and present the data gathered from incident, problem and other service management tools to measure and improve service levels;
- Maintaining relationships with many stakeholders from different team and business functions Identify Opportunities for Improvement, including optimization, proactivity, innovation Delivery / Services Quarterly;
- HR Intelligence Dashboard for Regions, Segments and Selected Countries – close liaison with local and functional partners;
- Effective and appropriate handling of sensitive data and information;
- Support employees, managers and HR.
- Fluency in English language is a must;
- Strong numeric and analytical skills, ability to manipulate and work with data as well as an appetite to innovate are the main recruitment drivers;
- Ability to work in a fast changing and fast paced environment;
- Experience in working within diverse, international environment;
- HR tools and systems knowledge would be a plus;
- Attention to detail, effective communication skills, self starter;
- Team player, knowledge sharing attutide;
- Very good communication skills;
- Good to Expert excel skills for data gathering, processing.
