On behalf of our client, an international law company, we are looking for a person to hold the position of HR Analyst in Reporting or Performance and Promotion team.
Main responsibilities on this position will include gathering and calculating business KPIs, collecting and preparing information to support managers in data analysis and performance management processes, all administration associated with the annual and mid-year promotion and talent management processes. HR Analyst will be also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with senior stakeholders as well as for seeking improvement of HR systems and end data by cooperating with HRIS and other HR teams.
Candidate for this position should have previous experiences in analysis, reporting in HR field. Fluent English is required as well as good knowledge of IT tools (PeopleSoft, Oracle BI, Excel, Power Point). Working with significant amount of important data requires candidate to be a well-organized person, with solid analytical skills and attention to details. In addition, high level communication skills will help in building relationships with stakeholders.
