On behalf of my Client, a fast growing Shared Service Center, we are looking for Candidates to fill three open positions of HR Analysts in the area of Performance Management, Diversity& Inclusion and KPIs Reporting.
On this position you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data depending on your scope of responsibilities, preparing statistics to identify trends in the company, supporting an international promotions and performance management processes and other administrative tasks. In addition, you will closely cooperate with HR, HRIS teams and stakeholders.
We are seeking Candidates with minimum one year of experience on a similar position. Fluent English is required as well as knowledge of IT tools (MS Excel, Oracle BI, publisher). The ideal Candidates need very good analytical skills but also communicational skills to collaborate with business partners.
