On behalf of my Client, a global Shared Service Center, we are seeking Candidates to fill the position of HR Analyst in Performance and Reward field. The role holder will be a member of an international team.
On this position you will be responsible for all administration associated with the annual and mid-year promotion and talent management processes, collecting data to prepare reports and to support performance management processes. In addition, you will closely cooperate with stakeholders and HRIS teams to develop new processes and the new integrated talent offering.
We are looking for candidates with first experience on a similar position. Fluent English is a must. Practical knowledge of MS Excel is required. The ideal Candidate should have a good analytical and communicational skills as well as ability to work with deadlines.
