We are looking for customer oriented candidates with strong communications skills who are interested in job opportunity within Human Resources area in multicultural environment.
On the position of (Senior) HR Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Being the first point of contact in HR related issues for managers and employees from one of four European regions
• Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail as the case may be
• Answering all queries with high attention to time and quality standards
• Taking actively part in knowledge transfer into the Team
• Track cases for all inquiries and requests using CMS (Case Management System)
Requirements:• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Communicative level of other European language (Nordic, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish) will be an asset
• Knowledge of labour law regulations or experience within HR area
• Experience in Customer Service or shared services environment
• Previous experience in knowledge transfer will be the strong asset
• Can-do attitude and customer-oriented mindset
