On behalf of my client, a global company, we are seeking candidates to fill the position of HR Advisor with Frenchto join a fast growing Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting employees in solving daily problems regarding HR issues, providing guidance and navigation support to managers and employees to find answers in self-service, coaching employees to make the HR tools useful and cooperating with other HR teams.
We are looking for candidates with first experience in Customer service and basic knowledge of HR field gained in a multinational and dynamic environment. Fluent English and French is a must. Working knowledge of HR IT tools would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have a positive customer service attitude and the ability to work under time pressure.
