For our Client, a start- up company based near Cracow’s city centre, we are looking for candidates, who’d like to join their team as a HR Advisor!
In your new role you will serve as employees’ contact regarding any queries about HR processes and policies, including such areas as: Compensation, HR administration, Learning & Development, Recruiting etc.
The advisor is responsible for answering any employee’s questions (mostly via e-mail), supporting trainers and entering information in the internal database. Apart from that cooperation with other team members is required in order to keep all of the documents up to date.
We are looking for candidates with advanced English and one of the following languages: German, French or Italian (B2/C1 level). Any background in HR area would be a big asset.
To succeed in this role you should be hold excellent written and verbal communication, ability to cooperate in international organization and client oriented attitude.
