On behalf of my Client, a global law company, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of HR Administrator with Italian to join an international HR Administration team.
On this position you will be responsible for administrative support to HR team including personal data management, updating information in the HR system, managing the calendar of interviews, maintaining positive relations with local managers and employees. Moreover, you will take part in process of improvements and team development.
We are seeking candidates with first experience in HR, gained preferably in SSC/BPO environment. Fluent English and Italianis required. Knowledge of Spanish and HR IT tools will be an advantage. We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to details.
