Operations Team Leader with French
Lokalizacja: WarsawWhat will you do?
• Ensure the services provided by the team meet the requirements of the SLA and alert in case of any issue.
• Plan workload and resources in order to maintain a constant high level of services with no disruption
• Manage a team. Recruit and develop talents, guarantee performance and engagement in the team and manages HR issues Ensures skills improvement and push for customer mindset. Guarantee efficient back up structure
• Manage changes in the processes, new transfers, projects (resources, costs, deadlines, risks)
• Ensure continuous improvement of the processes and team involved in CI program
• Act as Employee Administration Coordinator for France
• Process maintenance: ensure adaptations required due to law, tools, policies
• Manage stakeholders and escalations
• Implement customer satisfaction survey improvement plan
What will help you to be successful?
• Min 2 years managerial experience and strong business partnership skills
• Fluent command of both French and English
• Experience in HR processes management as an asset, especially in SSC/ BPO environment
• Master Degree
• Strong customer service focus; demonstrated ability to understand the customer’s business, issues and needs, proactively responding to customer requirements • Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational, project management and time-management skills
• Results-oriented and an effective problem solver
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
