On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of HR Administration Specialist
Your new role
Holding the position of HR Specialist you will be expected to process employee data precisely and in timely manner, ensure accurate data updates in the HR system and resolve employees’ concerns and requests . What is more holding this position you will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets and acting as a Subject Matter Expert in delivering HR services according to agreed service level agreements and local legislation. Participating in a transition project may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree in HR, Economics or similar, at least 2 years of experience in HR department and personnel administration related experience . Proficient with MS Office as well as fluent English is a must. Moreover the ideal Candidate should have good interpersonal skills and customer focus. Abilities to establish priorities and organizing are also required
