For our Client, a global company we are looking for the HR Administration Specialist with Spanish or Italian to join the Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for entering and updating personal information records (hiring, promotion, transfers), managing the background check process, preparing documents and certificates and cooperating closely with business partners. In addition, you will participate in process of improvements.
We are looking for Candidate with two years of experience on a similar position (gained preferably in SSC or BPO environment). Fluent English and Spanish or Italian is a must. Experience with HR IT solutions including PeopleSoft will be a plus. Moreover, we seek Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
