On behalf of our Client - AstraZeneca, we are currently looking for Candidates to fill the positions of HR Administration Junior Specialist with knowledge of English or Swedish. You will be a member of newly created HR Center which provides support to regional HR professionals and customers.
On this position you will be responsible for managing employee personal data, updating and checking all information in Workday system (e.g. transfers, promotions), generating HR documentation and contracts. Moreover, you will perform data quality checks and you will support process of improvements and in-country HR teams in various tasks.
We are seeking candidates with first experience on a similar position, gained preferably in an international environment. Fluent English or Swedish is required. Working knowledge of Workday system will be an advantage. We are looking for candidates with highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
