HR Administration and Reporting Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

Your role within UPM in a nutshell
As HR Administration and Reporting Specialist you´ll play a vital role in delivering a wide range of data and reporting services to the business and to colleagues from our HR Service Center.
You’ll be a part of the Admin German country team. You will work in close cooperation with the global reporting team as well as with the local business units of UPM. You will be responsible for developing, running and analyzing reports. You will also provide administration support to the German country team.

As well as this you will be:
• Delivering regular and ad-hoc HR reporting services ensuring that the reports are on time and to the expected quality (headcount, transfers, compensation, bonuses & rewards etc.)
• Performing validation of data being reported
• Providing data analysis, insight and interpretation if required
• Reacting to incoming reporting requests in a timely and professional manner
• Providing HR administration support to local units of UPM and to the German country team
• Building and maintaining good relationship with business partners, payroll team, other parties, to deliver high standard service to internal clients
• Securing confidentiality of processed HR data
• Participating/coordinating additional HR projects and initiatives
• Creating, reviewing and updating procedures and process documentation within HR Service Center
• Serve as first point of contact for HR Service Center colleagues for any queries related to creating reports and work with MS Excel

 

Requirements:

An ideal candidate:
• Has drive for HR reporting area
• Is interested to start and develop a career in Service Center environment
• Has at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
• Demonstrates advanced to expert skills in MS Excel
• Speaks fluent German and excellent English
• Is comfortable working with HR systems and has the ability to learn them quickly
• Demonstrates strong analytical and synthetic skills with acute attention to detail
• Is committed to quality service and customer satisfaction
• Has an ability to perform effectively and cooperatively as part of a team
• Has very good communication and organization skills
