On behalf of our Client, a global Shared Service Center in Warsaw, we are urgently looking for Candidates to hold the positions of HR Administration and Payroll Specialists to support Polish or Benelux market.

Main responsibilities on this position will include managing payroll inputs in relation with payroll vendor, calculating pay and deductions, maintaining information and monitoring any changes affecting the payroll, updating the records and preparing reports. HR Administration and Payroll Specialistwill answer all questions related to Personnel Administration and Payroll, report to Payroll Manager and support him in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures.

We are looking for a person who has minimum two years of experience in payroll function, gained preferably in SSC/BPO. Proficiency in business English is required. Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, and previous experience with ERP software is desirable. We are seeking candidates with well-developed interpersonal skills.
