HR Admin Support
For our Client – an international company, we are looking for the best Candidate for the position HR Admin Support.
Your role:
- Monitoring and coordination of the internal endorsement process for the hiring of employees and preparing of the documents required in this process
- Assisting in drafting of contracts and contractual documents for employees, where required and based on templates available
- Providing the members of the Group Operating Council (GOC), Senior Vice-Presidents (SVP) and Business Line Directors (BLD) as well as GSC Managers with all relevant information regarding to contracts and compensation and benefit packages for existing and potential employees
- Offer support in managing administrative processes for all GSC Employees working in Brussels
- Maintaining the HR Section on our Document Management System which means that all HR relevant documents are always up to date and accessible for the internal stakeholders
- Collaborate on different projects and ad-hoc matters related to the Employee Lifecycle of our employees (Annual Review Process, Induction and Onboarding of New Employees, Exit procedures, Compensation and Benefits, etc.…) as well as further development of HR Processes and Policies and Key Group Documents
Your qualifications:
- Master Degree (economics, finance, HR etc.)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR field
- Experience in multinational environment
- Very good knowledge of English
- Energy and can-do attitude
