At the moment we are looking for:

- Responsible for the health of the monitoring and automation environment for HP BSM globally
- Responsible for implementation and upgrade of the HP BSM application
- Responsible for UAT testing of all handovers from CATE and Predictive Analytics team
- Responsible for daily, weekly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual checks and reporting for the HP BSM application
- Ensure Marketplace requests completed within agreed operating level agreements (OLA).
- Providing level I and II support for all monitoring and automation related issues. Off hour support is mandatory
- Ensure that issues are resolved within the agreed Service level timeframe
- Knowledge of the HP BSM application – OPS A/B a plus
- Some experience in Perl, Python, Jython, SQL and Java a plus
- Must be fluent in English
- Interesting projects focused on new technologies and realized within different client’s sectors (banking, telco, pharma)
