ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Herb Plant Breeder, you will be responsible for breeding project. This must ensure the optimization of their existing and future species. Helping this company to expand their unique focus throughout Europe by setting up this breeding programs will be your responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be managing several research projects and be responsible for the following:
• Work in the R&D center to improve plant quality.
• Arrange planning of project and align them with targets
• Develop the resistance and genetics of the plants
• Research for breeding programs and create different species
• Innovate on the plant genetics
REQUIREMENTS
When you want to successfully fulfill this role you should have relevant experience in the following areas:
• PhD or MSc in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Genetics or related studies
• Between 3-6 years of experience in the breeding industry
• Project management and planning skills
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English and a second language
• Flexible and committed attitude
