For our Client, a start-up organization specialized in retail area, we are currently looking for candidates, who would like to join IT Department in Cracow.
In your job you will be responsible for providing IT support via email and phone to your colleagues from France related to hardware, software and network issues as well as analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem. Working schedule: 24/7.
To be successful on this position you should speak English and French fluently (min. B2+ level)as well as be computer literate, exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills and also be ready to work in a shift system.
