Hedge Fund Accounting Supervisor
Your new company
For our Client, one of the oldest financial institutions,we are searching for skilled individual that is willing to develop within young and growing Hedge Fund Accounting department as a Supervisor.
Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of daily net asset value calculations (NAVs) for a number of complex funds investing in a wide variety of instrument types. You will ensure that the team valuations are prepared to meet daily deadlines and team daily prices are issued to all relevant parties. You will allocate tasks to and check the daily work of an operational team of 3-5 accountants. You will liaise with investment managers, external clients, custodians and auditors.
What you will need to succeed
At least 3 years of work experience within a similar environment, knowledge of financial instruments and a supervisory experience is essential. Ability to act as a subject matter expert for junior colleagues, strong communication skills and advanced level of English are other required skills.
