ROLE DESCRIPTION
Organising the activities gives you a lot of freedom, and simultaneously gives you much responsibility. Leading the R&D team and advising them. Aiding them in the changes and resolving day-to-day issues that may arise in their work.
Being part of the MT you will have influence in the future of the company and help in its success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing strategies for the company's R&D activities and ensuring the fulfillment of this strategy;
- Keeping an eye on budget, maintaining relationships with key clients and setting up necessary control measures;
- Leading a team and motivating employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience and proven leadership;
- Communicative, organisational skills and a motivator;
- Experience in plant breeding, knowledge of the market.
