THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Lincolnshire United Kingdom.
For the leading seed distributor in the UK I'm currently looking for a Head of Sales.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the head of sales you will have great responsibility and play a pivotal role in the further development of the company. You will be overseeing all accounts and make sure results align with set goals.
Team management is an obvious part of this role and requires the management of different expectations.
Driven by KPI's and inherent qualities of team leadership are strong requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capitalize on the breeding material in collaboration with the Head of Vegetable R&D;
- Develop, implement and deliver a strategy for the sales and marketing of the products;
- Leading a team and contributing to the business strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales in the agricultural area - preferably in vegetable seeds;
- Developed and managed key accounts and key suppliers before;
- Strong backbone, rational thinker and proven leadership skills.
