Your new role
Holding the position of Head of Development you will manage, support and mentor the team of over a dozen frontend and backend developers. You’ll be responsible for the architecture of both backend (Java) and frontend (web) parts of the systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and team management skills and at least 5 years of experience of professional software development experience (Java and web development). We are looking for someone with the excellent self-organization and self-motivation. Full working proficiency in English is a must.
