For our Client, a leading debt collection company, we are looking for Candidates willing to work as a Head of Sales and Investments.
Working on this position, the Candidate will have to bear such responsibilities as building, developing and leading an effective and high quality commercial function and setting the commercial strategy of the business, while being responsible for the delivery of its plans. The Candidate will also need to develop and maintain strong seller and client relationships, as well as develop new revenue enhancing opportunities and product lines. What more, working on this position the Candidate will need to manage the deal process from origination, through assessment and tender, due diligence, valuation, bidding and completion. Designing, preparing and presenting of all relevant documentation and papers to clients and for internal approvals, as well as setting and managing the budgets and controls for own areas of accountability will be a duty. Furthermore, the Candidate will need to ensure that the regulatory requirements and standards are met regarding all commercial activities and ensure that all business development strategies agreed remain market.
We are looking for Candidates having knowledge in the field of Financial Services and Banking Sector and experience in deal execution in a B2B environment. Excellent communication, negotiations and relationship building skills are required. Furthermore, the Candidate need to be characterized by the ability to think strategically and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. What more, good organizational and prioritization skills, as well as excellent oral and written communications skills are required. The Candidate need to have a good ability of speaking English.
